Female vice commander and the one of the founders of the slider organization. She's supposed to be one of the top 10 most powerful sliders. No one knows which world she came from. She was a Reaper that specialized in helping lost souls from reality arrive at Celestia. However, when Sliders broke off from the Reapers to become a separate organization, Kelona took command of the Sliders.
Her powers are unknown even to many of the high ranked sliders including Kanata. However, she does usually carry around her weapon, Sagaris, which is a giant scythe.
Despite being the vice commander, she likes to skip work and find ways to entertain herself. She also teatime with her friends. She is a close friend of Kanata.

Maguro's Fictional Universe Tour Guide
Kelona's fortune telling reveals that Kanata Izumi will need to go on a dangerous mission sometime in upcoming future or risk the whole fictional universe collapsing. Kelona decides to prepare Kanata for her upcoming mission. Kelona suggests to Maguro Hamachi that he should lend his book to Kanata Izumi because knowing about many different worlds can help improve Kanata's powers.
Fantasia Slider Academy
Since Kanata has gone on a mission to Haruhi's world, Kelona is forced to look over academy's teaching in her place. Being overwhelmed with work, Kelona calls over her old friend North to help her out.
Canaan Reaper Academy
As the war between Demons and Reapers are coming to an end in Celestia, Kelona's brother Kain abandons the fighting and goes across the death river to brings a unknown girl named Yumei from the limbo. Kain is unwilling to explain the reason for his actions. Following the rule for souls that arrive from the limbo, Kelona brings Yumei to her new home at a town called Mimana.
