She's another god of Celestia who's in charge of collecting and archiving the various fictional worlds that exist. She can store all the information about a particular fictional world in a medium. Her ability enables her to turn into any fictional character that she has an information about. Unlike other Celestia's God and Goddesses that can transform, her ability allows her to retain the character's personality and memories as she transforms into a character.

She's a Chronicler of Celestia. She records all facts and events about Celestia and stores them into the great library at Fantasia Academy. However, she follows the taboo amongst the gods that disallows them to travel outside Celestia. Therefore she only has information about Fictional worlds that are part of Celestia.
