When Haruhi genderbends everyone due to her uneasy feelings mixing with her god-like powers, she herself transforms into a guy. He is more stronger and athletic than Haruhi, and therefore, being a guy, even more perverted. He does not notice the changes and easily transitions into the new dimension.
Itsuko Koizumi

Like Kyonko, genderbent Itsuki turns into the VERY feminine Itsuko. She is very trendy and worries about staying in style, and is popular with both girls and boys alike. Her philosophical views on topics are greatly simplified, so that even Kyonko could understand her better than Kyon with Itsuki. Due to the changes in the dimension, her feelings are amplified much more on Kyonko, and can be as perverted as Haruki if her feelings get the better of her.
Kyonko
Voiced by: Mio or Katerinu? (confirmation needed)
At certain point in this VN, Kyon will be transformed into Kyonko due to a argument with Haruhi. She has all the same personalities as Kyon, but with ponytail moeness and a flat chest.
Mitsuru Asahina

After the point where Haruhi genderbends everyone, Mikuru will turn into Mitsuru. He is braver than his female counterpart, but only by so little. He has many of the same qualities as Mikuru, except he will be wearing butler suit, and Haruki will abuse him in "other" places.
Yuuki Nagato

Yuuki is the male version of Yuki, but not much is changed other than that. He is a little taller, and wears a more stoic and fearless face than Yuki's blank and emotionless one, but by only so little.
Schoolmates
Along with the SOS-Brigade being transformed, many of the students and faculty at the school will be genderbent along with them. Many of them retain their basic personality.
Tsuruya-san

As energetic as ever, Tsuruya-san is a lot like his female counterpart. Full of life and hyperactivity, he is always assisting the SOS Brigade as a honorary member. He always agrees with Haruki, and is more then willing to aid him in his dirty work. His fang-like tooth causes him to have an idiosyncratic speech pattern, causing him to misspeak words by leaving out syllables. His speech pattern is often accompanied with a lisp and his catch phrases "megas" and "nyoro". A good friend of Mitsuru, and a secret lover of smoked cheese.
Taniguchi

A fool through and through, she usually cuts a comedic figure. She went to the same junior high school as Haruhi. She fills in as an extra Brigade member when needed. Like her masculine version, she is rather perverted. She often rates males on terms of attractiveness to her personal tastes. Remembering the full names of all the males rated A- and above, she is a rather shallow person. She may have dated Haruki in junior high for five minutes (record time).
Kunikida

Kunikida is much quieter than Taniguchi with the latter doing most of the talking when the two are around. Kunikida plays a minor role and does not contribute much dialogue. However since she and Kyonko went to the same junior high school, she might know more about Kyonko since she once stated that "Kyonko likes weird guys," as evidence to support the idea that Kyonko is romantically interested in Haruki. Her character is also shown to be smarter than her friends Taniguchi and Kyonko, at one time explaining a difficult concept to Taniguchi.
The Computer Research Society President
Voiced By: N/A Voice Actor
As her name suggests, she is the Computer Research Society President. She runs the club along with four fellow members. As their clubroom is adjacent to the SOS Brigade room, they are easy targets for Haruki's rampages. They have been blackmailed many times by Haruki, usually for their knowledge and expensive computer equipment. Her first name is not known, but the first syllable is "ya". She holds a special interest with the SOS Brigade butler, Mitsuru.

Okabe-sensei

The homeroom teacher of Haruki and Kyonko's class. Her first name is not known, but she is very passionate when it comes to handball, as she runs the school club.
Kyonko's Brother
Voiced By: N/A Voice Actor
Kyonko's little brother. He's in fifth grade, but not even his real name is ever mentioned. He is carefree, happy, and playful, and is the main force behind the use of the nickname "Kyonko". He gets along well with rest of Kyonko's fellow brigade members, and shares a brother-like bond between Mitsuru and Tsuruya.
